Weave Living opens two flagship properties in Singapore

Hong Kong-headquartered Weave Living now has three properties in Singapore. Its first is Weave Suites – Midtown, a 65-key real estate on Jalan Sultan, that opened up in 2023. Weave Living and SLB Development had collectively acquired the property, formerly called Hotel Clover, for $74.8 million in 2022.

Weave Residences – East Coast, situated on Still Road, comprises 93 self-contained homes, ranging from studios to two-bedroom houses and penthouses with private pools. The homes, that are open for booking, have a starting off cost of $3,700 each month, with a least possible six-month stay.

At The Same Time, Weave Suites – Hillside lies on Wilkie Road in the Mount Sophia enclave. It features 175 suites ranging from open-plan studios to one and two-bedroom layouts.

The real estate is located within 10 mins’ stroll of Marine Parade MRT Station on the Thomson-East Coast Line. It is also near to leisure and lifestyle centres such as East Coast Park, Joo Chiat and Katong.

Amenities at Weave Suites– Hillside include a health club, yoga exercise center, exterior terraces, and open-concept lobbies. There are in addition co-working areas, private meeting spaces, and recreation areas finished with a games room, karaoke workshop, and a theatrette.

The estate is Weave Living’s first pet-friendly place in Singapore and delivers facilities on-site including a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, barbeque pit, and a family-friendly park.

“With the introduction of Weave Residences– East Coast and Weave Suites– Hillside, we are lifting luxury and serviced living, giving a new standard of comfort and flexibility that meet the different requirements of today’s modern-day tenant,” states Sachin Doshi, founder and group chief executive officer of Weave Living, in a Feb 10 announcement.

Rental accommodation service provider Weave Living has started 2 new front runner real estates in Singapore, situated in the East Coast and Mount Sophia areas. According to the group, the dual release is part of its continued expansion in Singapore and throughout the broader Asia Pacific area.

The home was previously referred to as Citadines Mount Sophia. A joint venture comprising Weave Living and global possession manager Blackrock bought the real property in February last year for $148 million.

Weave Suites – Hillside is readied to launch in March with starting prices from $199 per night with a minimum six-night stay or $4,480 monthly.
