Accor partners Fragrance Group and Global Premium Hotels to open three new Singapore properties

Amongst the 2 brand-new estates lies at Hoe Chiang Roadway. It will definitely house the 808-key Mövenpick Singapore, the leading Mövenpick hotel in the Asia Pacific region. It is going to also house Mövenpick Living Singapore, a 37-key accommodation focus on at tourists seeking extended stays.

“This confirming not just shows the strong need from proprietors and financiers for brands inside Accor yet similarly strengthens our commitment to leading the area’s growth and redefining the prospective of hospitality in Asia,” states Garth Simmons, COO of Accor’s premium, midscale and economic condition division in Asia.

The signings for the three new hotels are the current in Accor’s long-established relationship with Fragrance Team and Global Premium Hotels, the two of that are owned by Koh Wee Meng, chairperson of Fragrance Group.

Worldwide hospitality member Accor has already inked a contract with Fragrance Team and Global Premium Hotels to open up 2 new-build properties that will house 3 hotels. All three resorts are going to be open up by 2027.

The other property, found at Waterloo Street, will be the site of a new hotel within the Handwritten Collection Brand. The 502-key property is the second in Singapore following the Handwritten Collection brand name, complying with the kick off of Hotel Faber Park Singapore– Handwritten Collection in late 2023.

“These new properties will allow us to continue curating enhancing experiences for our visitors and further diversify our reception offerings in Singapore,” incorporates Fragrance Group’s Koh.

The collaboration currently has a portfolio of 17 resorts in Singapore, 5 in Australia and 3 in the UK. The resorts are under brand names like MGallery, Mövenpick, Novotel, Mercure, Handwritten Collection, ibis Styles and ibis Budget.
