SEAA lauds 625 agents at its annual SG Real Estate Agents Excellence Awards
The 1st session in the afternoon saw representatives securing the Salesperson Achievement Award for the Silver and Gold groups. The night event presented private and multi-award beneficiaries for the Salesperson Achievement Award in the Platinum and Diamond classifications.
The grants function was hosted in 2 sessions. It viewed award-winning professionals clinch awards across 4 classifications.
In his address, Minister Faishal states that customers trust professionals to help them get through an increasingly complicated property landscape and to take in their best interests. “As trusted experts in your industry, you play an essential role in assisting your customers understand their house ownership aspirations, but also to protect their economic interests,” he says.
This is the 5th year SEAA has planned this award occasion, and the event was graced by Associate Professor Muhammad Faishal Ibrahim, Minister of State, Ministry of National Development and Ministry of Home Affairs.
On the other hand, the Seniors Achievers Honor identified agents that are 60 years old and above and gained approximately $100,000 for the whole of previous year.
A sum of 625 regional real estate agents obtained the Singapore Estate Agents Association (SEAA) SG Real Property Agents Excellence Awards 2024, that was held at Marina Bay Sands on Aug 16.
He also prompted agents to speak out versus unreliable agents that set up listings with misleading ads or online discourses that contain fallacies. “They interrupt the marketplace and go against the moral conduct and reliability expected of every property agent. Making, taking part in or marketing such methods severely weakens the reputation and believe in that the property industry has painstakingly built up over time,” he says.
“The honors build customer faith and assist agents gain a positive image by preserving high standards of ethical conduct. This draws in integrity-focused clients and boosts overall agent benchmarks,” says Wang.
Recent campaigns by SEAA, like memorandum of understanding on best practices overview on co-broking compensation, showcase its efforts to support realty agents in Singapore. Adam Wang, president of SEAA, observed in his address that there has been a noteworthy rise in agencies joining the awards this year, with the number of qualified applications for 2024 at over 600 awardees. “This is a testimony to the integrity and expertise that these distinctions offer their work in the property sector.”
Many other honors were the Exceptional Youths Award for reps aged 28 years and beneath, that brought home a total payment of at least $120,000 in 2023, along with the Rookies Award for new agents who have shown exemplary profits and rental purchases operation of at least $80,000 just within 18 months in the industry.
