Banyan Group launches Garrya Residences in Phuket; prices from $1.25 mil

Banyan Group operates hotels, hotels, health spas, galleries and branded residences in over 20 nations. Its profile comprises12 hospitality brands, featuring the flagship company Banyan Tree. The group is listed on the Singapore Exchange through Banyan Tree Holdings, also on the Stock market of Thailand via Laguna Resorts & Hotels.

Amenities at the project include a jungle swimming pool, reflection fish pond, a wellness and spa therapy zone, a beach resort club and bar finished with a lap pool and party pool.

International accommodation firm Banyan Group has launched for sale units at Garrya Residences Phuket, a beach front property in Phuket.

Property Owners at Garrya Residences Phuket are going to have connectivity to the Garrya Phuket Hotel’s centers, and will even have the choice to include their real property in the hotel’s inventory.

Garrya Residences Phuket contains 38 two-bedroom apartments and penthouses that feature their own private roof pool. Prices start from about $1.25 million.

By means of this arrangement, the hotels and resort is going to manage their real estate, with owners allowed to switch part of their annual visit license for a complimentary visit in another participating venue under Banyan Firm.

The property rises at the upcoming Garrya Phuket Hotel, which becomes part of the Laguna Phuket integrated resort on Bang Tao Beach along Phuket’s Central West Coastline. Laguna Phuket is a real estate under Laguna Resorts & Hotels, which is affliate of the Banyan Group.
